I contacted customer service and they sent a totally new shipment free of charge, no questions asked. I was totally panicking that I just threw away a couple hundred dollars for nothing, but they fixed it without batting an eye. Another amazing aspect of their incredible customer service is that they have a guarantee that if you try one of their products and don’t totally love it, they’ll refund your money. And it’s not just if you try it a couple of times and don’t love it, they actually want you to try the whole bottle before determining that you don’t actually like the product, because with many natural products it takes a few usages to get used to the difference between clean and toxic and they really want you to try it. I do believe there’s a time limit on it but I think it’s up to 30 or 60 days. Thankfully, I’ve never had to reach out regarding this because I’ve yet to try a product that I didn’t love and needed a refund for.
